ADA SERVICES
ADA Seating is available in the top rows of section 109, 110, 111, 113, 114, and 115.
Patrons who acquire tickets but need to be relocated to a designated wheelchair/companion seating area, are required to exchange tickets day of game. Please be advised that such exchanges and re-locations are subject to wheelchair/companion seat availability and are accommodated on a first-come/first-serve basis.
ADA parking is available in all controlled parking lots for guests with valid handicap parking plates, state registration tag, or pass.
ADMISSIONS
Fans entering Moody Coliseum are subject to security screenings before entering the arena. Please see below under “Security and Safety” for prohibited items.
All guests must have a valid event ticket or credential to enter Moody Coliseum for Men’s Basketball, Women’s Basketball, and Volleyball events.
Moody Coliseum has a no re-entry policy for intercollegiate games. Exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis with Guest Services.
ALCOHOL POLICY
Select beer and wine are available for purchase in the built-in concession stands in Moody Coliseum.
Guests of Moody Coliseum must be 21 years or older to purchase/consumer alcoholic beverages. Fans are limited to two (2) drinks per transaction. All guests purchasing alcohol must provide a government issued photo ID. All alcohol sales in the concourse will stop with 15:00 minutes remaining in the second half of Men’s Basketball games, start of the fourth quarter in a Women’s Basketball games, and end of the third set in a Volleyball game. No alcohol is allowed to be brought in or taken from Moody Coliseum.
BAG POLICY
Guests are permitted to bring clear bags into Moody Coliseum. Other bags are not permitted at any Men’s Basketball games, Women’s Basketball games, or Volleyball games in Moody Coliseum. Medical and nursing bags are permitted into the venue, but will require inspection upon entering.

BANNERS & SIGNS
Event related banners and signs are permitted, providing they are in good taste as determined by the SMU Athletics Department. Banners and signs may be removed if they are offensive or if they violate the SMU or American Athletic Conference sportsmanship policy. Banners and signs may not be permanently affixed to the arena or held in any way that obstructs another fan’s view. Signs on sticks or poles will not be permitted.
CONCESSIONS
There are 5 permanent concession areas located around the north and south concourses. The concession stands will open at the same time patrons are allowed to enter the arena. All stands are cashless and accept AMEX, Visa, Mastercard and Discover as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay plus any other NFC/RFID mobile pay wallets for payment.
FAN BEHAVIOR
SMU promotes good sportsmanship and a safe environment for all fans. We ask that you respect others at all times. If a ticket holder’s conduct endangers or disrupts players, coaches, officials or fans, the SMU Athletic Department reserves the right to remove the ticket holder from the Moody Coliseum.
FIRST AID
There is a first aid station on the event level near section 106. Roving personnel are on site at the time of gates opening. In the event of a medical emergency, please notify the nearest stadium security personnel.
GATE OPENING TIMES
All entrances to Moody Coliseum will open 90 minutes before tip-off for Men’s Basketball games, 60 minutes before tip-off for Women’s Basketball games, and 60 minutes before the start of Volleyball matches.
GUEST ASSIST
Guest Services personnel can be found throughout Moody Coliseum. Guest Services personnel can provide stadium information and assist with any issues.
LOST CHILDREN
If you become separated from your child during an event, please contact the nearest Police Officer or game day staff member.
LOST & FOUND
Guests may inquire about lost items at any time during the event. After the event all items will be turned over to the SMU PD. Please go to
www.smu.edu/pd click on SMU Police Resources / Lost Property form and fill out all information on your lost article. If the item has been found or turned in, you will be contacted by the SMU PD.
MERCHANDISE
Merchandise is available for purchase inside the concourse. The Fan Store is located at the main entrance to Moody Coliseum and will open when patrons are allowed to enter the arena during Men’s Basketball Games.
MOODY COLISEUM PARKING
For Men’s Basketball games, there are reserved, and valet parking options available in Moody and Binkley Garages. Men’s Basketball season parking can be purchased through the SMU Ticket Office.
Parking in Moody Garage is free for Women’s Basketball and Volleyball games; however, there is a possibility of paid parking on days of Men’s and Women’s Basketball doubleheaders.

PROHIBITED ITEMS AND BEHAVIOR
The following items are prohibited from entering Moody Coliseum:
- Food and beverage containers of any kind will not be allowed into the arena.
- Bags/backpacks
- Laser pointers
- Noise Makers
- Radio (except pocket size w/headset)
- Smoking
- Animals (Except service Animals to aid guest with disabilities)
- Firearms, knives, and weapons of any kind
- Any other items deemed impermissible by SMU Athletics
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located in all corners of the concourse. Family restrooms are located across from section 110 on the concourse level.
SAFETY MESSAGE
Athletics Officials and Law Enforcement have completed emergency response plans for a variety of situations at Moody Coliseum. We hope these emergencies never occur but are prepared if they do. Based on the nature of the emergency, directions to fans will be communicated via public address announcements and the video board. Fans are requested to listen to the announcements and follow the instructions as provided.
SMOKING
Smoking, including vaporizers and e-cigarettes, is not permitted in our facility.
STUDENTS
Students must claim a ticket to all events at Moody Coliseum by logging into their ticketing account using their student email. More information on the student ticketing process can be found
here.
Students must enter through the designated Stampede Entrance at the Southwest corner of Moody Coliseum for Men’s Basketball games, showing their Student ID and ticket. The Stampede Entrance opens 90 minutes before Men’s Basketball games. Student must also show their student ID and ticket for Women’s Basketball games. Students should enter though the West gate for Women’s Basketball and Volleyball games, which opens 60 minutes prior to start time.
The first 100 students at Men’s Basketball games will receive a wristband to sit in section 112, upon entry through the Southwest corner. All other students will fill in the remaining Stampede seats on a first-come, first-served basis in sections 100, 101, 108, 109, and 115. Wristbands are not required for those sections.
All student seating for Women’s Basketball and Volleyball is on a first-come, first-served basis. Students should sit in the designated Stampede sections (100, 101, 108, 109, 112, 115).
All SMU students are subject to the Student Code of Conduct, as well as Moody Coliseum policies. Any issues will be brought to the attention of the Student Conduct Office.
WILL CALL
Will Call is located at the main ticket window inside the west entrance to Moody Coliseum. The player-guest entrance for Men’s Basketball is located at the northeast doors to the arena.
