Where will my Stang Stand-In sit?
Stang Stand-Ins will be placed at random, starting with the east side bleachers.
How do I upload the photo I want to use?
At the conclusion of the purchase process you will receive instructions on how to upload.
Is there a deadline for purchasing a Stang Stand-In?
To ensure that your cutout is placed in the stands by the first home game, please order by Sunday, September 20 at 5:00 PM.
Is there a refund policy?
All sales are final. Stang Stand-Ins will be available for pickup following the conclusion of the 2020 season and all purchasers will be contacted.
Does the purchase cover the whole season or just one game?
Your Stang Stand-In will remain in the stands for the entire season. SMU Athletics is not responsible for any damage to your Stang Stand-In over the course of the season.
Can I choose my seat?
Stang Stand-Ins purchased with the Red or Blue package will be placed in lower rows of the stadium while space remains. Mugs purchased in the Pony package will be placed at random.
Can I claim my Stang Stand-In at the end of the season?
Provided your Stang Stand-In is not damaged during the season, yes, you will be able to claim yours at the conclusion of the 2020 season. Pickup times and locations will be communicated at a later date.
Can I purchase multiple Stang Stand-Ins?
Yes, you may select the number of Stang Stand-Ins in the shopping cart as you purchase.
Can more than one person be in the photo?
No only one person can be printed on a single Stang Stand-In.
Can I put a message or advertisement on my Stang Stand-In?
No messages or advertisements are permitted. Submissions will be approved by SMU Athletics.
Can my Stang Stand-In be placed next to other people I know?
No, Stang Stand-Ins will be placed at random unless purchased in the Red or Blue package.
What happens if my Stang Stand-In is damaged by weather, nearby fans or other circumstances?
SMU Athletics is not responsible for any lost or damaged Stang Stand-Ins, and any lost or damaged Stang Stand-Ins will not be replaced.
