2016-17 (Sr.) – Competed in 14 events… Tallied a 9-5 record, all in horsemanship… Won one MOP (vs. No. 9 Oklahoma State)… Named to the All-UEC Horsemanship team... Opened the season with four straight wins, including a 76.5-71.5 win against Delaware State (Nov. 12)… The 76.5 ties the highest western score in program history (ties teammate Keagan Snively)… At the NCEA National Championship, won 139.5-138.5… Went 1-1 at the UEC Championship, with a 136.5-135.5 win against UT-Martin… Academically, earned American Quarter Horse Association NCEA Academic All-America Second-Team honors.
 
2015-2016 (Jr.) –Tallied a 7-9 record, all in horsemanship… Won three MOPs, including consecutive honors against South Dakota State and South Carolina… Competed in the NCEA National Championship… At the UEC Championship, won 142-138 against UT-Martin… Scored a 75.5 against then-No. 6 South Carolina to match the western programs highest scored ride… Topped then- No. 3 Texas A&M, 72.5-72… Academically, achieved a 3.26 GPA and earned Beval Saddlery Academic All-America Honorable Mention status… Also named to the La Hacienda Academic Honor Roll.

2014-15 (So.) – Competed in 16 events…tallied a 6-8-1- record in horsemanship, while picking up a lone win in reining…the reining win came against Texas A&M, April 4…competed in horsemanship during the first round of the UEC Championship (March 27) and won, 143.5-136.5…Competed at the NCEA National Championship.

2013-14 (Fr.) - Tallied a 6-8 record over horsemanship, and a 2-8-1 mark in reining... Turned in two MOP honors in horsemanship in the fall, on either end of four-straight wins to begin the campaign...Split her two horsemanship NCEA Championship appearances, defeating New Mexico State 144.5-142.

Prep:Trained under the instruction of Alicia Carroll and Sandy Jirkovsky... Multiple top-ten finishes at the APHA and APHC World Show...Top-five finishes in 2010 in both novice youth horsemanship and equitation... Coached by Alicia Carroll... Member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Anticipated biologymajor and psychology minor... Chose SMU for the equestrian team, the academics, and the location and size of the school... Enjoys swimming... Best advice to younger athletes is never give up on achieving what you want... Parents are David and Stephanie McCain... Has two sisters, Piper and Olivia.
