Megan Ferraguti arrived on the Hilltop at the beginning of the Rhett Lashlee era in January 2022 and currently serves as Executive Director of Head Coach Operations / Football Administration.
In this position, she manages Coach Lashlee’s schedule and day-to-day engagements, coordinates with staff families, serves as a liaison across administrative and external relations functions, and supports the seamless execution of office operations.
Before SMU, Megan built her career in professional sports, working with the Las Vegas Raiders (2018–2022) and the Texas Rangers Baseball Club (2016–2018) in corporate partnership activation.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations with a minor in Business from Auburn University in 2015, followed by a master’s degree in Sport Management from SMU in 2016.
Megan and her husband, Luke, have one son, Courtmon.
