Paige Smith is entering her third season back on the Hilltop in 2026, her first as the Director of Player Relations.
Smith helps handle the logistics of all player relations tasks, including the handling of NIL requests. Prior to this role, she was the Director of On-Campus Recruiting in 2025.Â
She previously held the assistant director position before a promotion after the historic 2024 season which saw the Mustangs make their first CFP appearance.Â

She previously served two seasons at Houston, serving as an on-campus recruiting coordinator during her final season. Prior to Houston, she was on the staff at SMU for a season as a recruiting assistant.Â

Smith worked in multiple capacities at her alma mater Texas Tech after receiving her bachelor's degree in 2019. While a student, she worked in recruiting and compliance with the Red Raiders.
