At Texas State: Played in 13 games during his senior season … recorded 26 tackles, 20 solo, and 3.5 TFLs along with a sack and a fumble recovery … played in all 13 games in 2023, including 10 starts at defensive tackle … had 19 tackles, 3.5 TFLs, 2.0 sacks and a QB hurry.
 
At Kilgore College: Named All-SWJCFC Honorable Mention in 2022 … played in 12 games as a sophomore … had 27 tackles (18 solo), 4.0 TFLs and 2.0 sacks … had seven tackles (4 solo) and 1.0 TFL in 10 games as a freshman.

High School: Played at Galveston Ball High School (TX) … all-district as an offensive tackle (first team) and defensive end (second team) as a senior in 2020 … 21 tackles and 5.0 TFLs as a junior in 2019 … also competed in basketball and track and field (shot put and discus).
