GAME HIGHLIGHTS: Had a three in the ACC Tournament victory over Syracuse 3/12... Hit a three to close out SMU’s first ACC road win at Boston College 12/21...Hit a 3-pointer in the opening win vs Tarleton St 11/4.

2023-24 (Junior): Awarded a scholarship on Jan. 6... Played in 8 games... GAME HIGHLIGHTS: Had 3 points and a steal in the win vs [rv/-] Memphis 2/18.

Summer 2023 (SMU 3-0 in Spain): Played in the last two games, hitting a pair of threes in finale in Barcelona and totaling two assists.

2022-23 (Sophomore): Played in 5 games...Made SMU debut in win vs Lamar 11/27... AWARDS: NABC Honors Court... AAC All-Academic Team.

2021-22 (Redshirt Freshman at Hawai’i Pacific): Played in 24 games with 2 starts… averaged 6.3 points, 2.0 rebounds, 0.8 assists… hit 38.0% on 3FGs (41-108) and was 10-11 on FTs… Scored in double-figures 6 times.

2020-21 (Freshman at Texas A&M): Did not see any game action.

Prep: Played at Tivy High School under his father, Brian Young … As a senior in 2019-20, he was All-Region after averaging 20 points and eight rebounds and leading the Antlers to a bi-district championship and regional playoff run … He finished the 2019-20 season second in the State for 3-pointers made... Earned first-team District 26-5A honors in 2018-19 and 2019-20 seasons.
