Biography
2022-2023: CROSS COUNTRY - Makes her mustang debut by placing 4th at the UTA Gerald Richey XC with the time of 18:03.8 for the 5k distance… Led the Mustangs at the Notre Dame Joe Piane Invitational placing 83rd with a time of 17:23.7 for the 5k distance… Placed 15th at the NCAA South Central Regionals with a time of 21:39.0 for the 6k distance… Earned AAC All-Conference, Earned AAC All-Academic Team Recognition.
Alanis Robineau-Fauvey comes to SMU from Paris, France and joins the Mustangs as a middle-distance runner. She has run 4:34.78 in the 1500 and 2:17.18 in the 800. She will be working towards a Master of Science in Health Promotion degree, which will evaluate the wellness needs of diverse populations and develop interventions that cultivate a healthy culture. Her parents are Jennie Fauvey and Nicolas Robineau, and she has two younger brothers, Jolan and Solal.
