Biography
2025-26: CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in three meets during the season… Finished 138th at the ACC Cross Country Championships with a time of 22:04.3… INDOOR: Ran at four meets during the season… Recorded a personal best 1,000m time of 2:53.58 at the BU Terrier Classic… Ran a personal best 800m time of 2:17.99 at the Charlie Thomas Invitational… Clocked a personal best time of 4:56.81 in the mile at the BU Valentine Invitational… OUTDOOR: Did not compete.
Prep: Lena Suchowola comes to SMU from Warsaw, Poland where she collected 12 medals in the National Championships between the 800, 1,500 and cross country — six of which are gold. She has represented her country on the international stage where she completed the 800 in third place. She holds personal bests of 2:06.86 in the 800 and 4:24.94 in the 1,500. She completed her first year of studies at the University of Radom with a 4.40 GPA and will continue her Psychology degree at SMU.
