Prior to SMU: Competed at North Texas for two seasons... Two-time Conference USA Commissioner's Honor Roll member and member of the Dean's List (Fall 2016).

Prep: Was a three-time state qualifier (2013, 2014, 2016) at Frisco Lone Star... Lettered three years under Greg Fisher... Was a regional champion for the 100 breast in 2013... Held school records in the 200 IM, 100 back and 100 breast... Also a member of 200 and 400 free relay record teams... Swam with the Metroplex Aquatics club team for five years under Brent Mitchell.

Personal: Daughter of Karen and Richard Blanchard... Has one sister (Haley)... Was a member of the National Honor Society... Chose SMU because of the beautiful campus, biology department and campus culture.
