American Athletic Conference All-Academic Team (2021, 2020, 2019, 2018)

Prior to SMU: Lettered four years under Nick Frasersmith at Regis Jesuit and competed for Denver Swim Academy under Frasersmith as well … Awarded MVP honors all four seasons at Regis Jesuit … Was All-State and All-City and received her team’s Iron Woman Award … Earned NISCA Automatic All-America honors as part of a 400 free relay all four seasons and earned automatic consideration in the 100 free in 2017 … Team won the 2014 5A High School State Championship, earned runner-up honors in 2015 and 2016 and was 4th in 2017 … Individually was 5th in the 100 free (2016) and 6th in the 50 free (2017) … Was part of State Champion 400 free relays in 2015 and 2017 and runner-up 200 medley (2016) and 200 free (2017) relays … Served as team captain.

Personal: Daughter of Tori and John Smith … Has one brother, Clark, and one sister, Meagan … Mother (1983-87), father (1981-84) and brother (2013-17) swam at the University of Texas … Graduated Magna Cum Laude (4.0 or higher) and earned Highest Honors freshman-junior year … Chose SMU for its great facilities that will help in education and swimming, as well as the beautiful campus and city of Dallas.
