2020 (So.) Indoor: finished in 19th in the first meet of the season in the 400m with a time of 1:06.39 ... also posted a 4:10.84 with the 4x400 team in Houston ... ran a personal record in the 60 Hurdles at the Houston G5 with a time of 11.37

2019 (Fr.) Indoor: ran a season's best in her first collegiate 60m with a time of 8.24 at the Arkansas Invite ... finished in 16th in the 200m at Arkansas ... posted her season's best in the 200m at the MLK Jr Invite with a time of 26.11  ... also ran in the 400m and finished in 17th ... posted a 59.25 in the 400m at the Houston Invite, good for 11th place while also combining the finish in 4th with the 4x400 squad ... OUTDOOR opened the outdoor season with a season's best 58.81 and a 6th place finish at the Houston Spring Break Invite ... competed in the 400 Hurdles at the Arkansas Spring Invite with a time of 1:06.63 ... bested that time the following week at Texas State with a 1:05.23 performance ... also was a part of the silver finish with the 4x400 squad in San Marcos

PERSONAL: Brooke Kennedi Shepherd was born to parents Kela and Cal in Plano, Texas … has two siblings, brother Cal III (22) and a younger sister Zoey (12) … graduated from Frisco Heritage Cum Laude … was an active girl scout member for 13 years, and a gold award certificate recipient … enjoys reading, drawing and camping … started her track and field career in the ninth grade …

HIGH SCHOOL/PREP: Ran for both her high school, Heritage High in Frisco, and her club “Destined to Run” … with her club ran a personal best in the 60m indoor hurdles at the 2018 Texas Tech UnderArmour Class (9.16) … was a runner-up in the 400m hurdles at the 2017 USATF Southwestern Association Junior Olympic Championships … finalist in the 400 m hurdles and regional qualifier in the 100m hurdles at the 2017 USATF Region 12 Junior Olympic Championships … at Heritage holds the record for the 300m hurdles … in her junior season was an area qualifier in the 100m hurdles … her senior season, was the district runner up in the 300m hurdles and 100m hurdles ... also finished as runner up in the same events at the area meet … after qualifying for the State meet ran a 43.97 in the 300m hurdles good for second place in the state …
