2025-26: AWARDS: CSC Academic All-District, All-ACC Academic Team, Second Team All-ACC (Outdoor)… INDOOR: Competed in five meets during the season… Finished second overall in the triple jump at the Charlie Thomas Invitational with a mark of 12.57m… OUTDOOR: Competed in six meets during the season… Made her second career appearance at the NCAA West Regional, finished 24^th in the triple jump with a mark of 12.98m… Placed fourth in the Triple Jump at the ACC Championships with a mark of 13.03m, the sixth best mark in school history.

2024-25: INDOOR: Competed in three meets during the season… Placed seventh overall in the triple jump at the ACC Championships… Recorded a personal-best triple jump of 12.81m at the Texas A&M Ted Nelson Invitational, the sixth-best mark in school history… OUTDOOR: Did not compete.

2023-24: INDOOR: Did not compete… OUTDOOR: Competed in three meets during the season… Placed seventh overall at The American Championships.  

2022-23: INDOOR: Competed in five meets during the season… Placed fourth overall in the triple jump at The American Championships with a mark of 12.66m… Also participated in the long jump at the Championships. OUTDOOR: Competed in six meets during the season… Made her first career appearance at the NCAA West Regional in the triple jump and placed 25^th overall with a mark of 12.73m… Competed in both the long jump and triple jump at the ACC Championships, finished 12^th in the triple jump… Placed inside the top five in the triple jump in three meets.


Hedda Kronstrand Kvalvåg is from Norway and ranked 90th in the world rankings for triple jump. She has jumped 13.33 meters. She has also jumped 5.76 in the long jump. She is planning to study sociology at SMU. Her parents are Hilde and Oluf, and she has one older brother, Sander.
