2020-21: OUTDOOR… Ran the 200m in the UNT Classic (personal best 26.20, 25th) and the 400m in the Texas Invite (1:00.31, 23rd).
Prep: Ran for the Birchfield Harriers Track and Field Club...Earned the silver medal in the 400 hurdles in both the UK National Championships and again at the ESSA Championships...Won the 300m hurdles at the World School games...Holds Lancashire records in the 300m hurdles, 80m hurdles, and the 300m meters...Ran personal bests of 59.47 in the 400 hurdles and a 57.97 in the 400m...Ranks first in the UK in both the 300m and 400m hurdles...Won gold medals at the English School Championships, National Indoor Championships, the Northern Indoor Championships and Lancashire County Championships.
