Finished second in 5000m (18:11.61) at Bobcat Classic... Ran the Beach Invite 5000m in 18:00.21... Earned 23rd in the 1500m (4:52.90) at Bobcat Invitational... Finished 22nd in 5000m (17:52.24) at Texas Relays... Took 16th in the 1500m (4:57.92) and 10th in the 3000m (10:22.41) at Arkansas Spring Invitational... Finished 22nd in the 1500m (5:00.17) and 12th in the 3000m (10:29.43) at the TCU Invitational.

Prior to SMU: Coached by Ron Schmidt of the Triathlon Potsdam e.V. club in Germany…A member of the German Triathlon national team…Competes for teHas competed in several triathlon international competitions, including placing third at the 2016 German Junior Championships…Won the German mixed relay and finished second at the Junior European Cup in Zagreb…Named the 2016 Sportswoman of the Year in Hochtaunus.
