Biography

Lena Suchowola comes to SMU from Warsaw, Poland where she collected 12 medals in the National Championships between the 800, 1,500 and cross country — six of which are gold. She has represented her country on the international stage where she completed the 800 in third place. She holds personal bests of 2:06.86 in the 800 and 4:24.94 in the 1,500. She completed her first year of studies at the University of Radom with a 4.40 GPA and will continue her Psychology degree at SMU.Â
