HIGH SCHOOL: From Georgetown, Texas, Lily Muzzy comes to SMU with personal bests of 12.80 in the triple jump and 5.86 in the long jump. She was named the UIL Texas State Champion in the Class 5A triple jump for two consecutive years (2024, 2025) and is an eight time UIL Texas State Qualifier. Muzzy is also the 2025 Texas Relays Champion in the triple jump and the 2024 runner up. She is the 2023 AAU Triple Jump National Champion, a Nike Indoor and Nike Outdoor Nationals All-American, and the 2025 Girls Track and Field Athlete of the Year in the Austin area.  She was named to the Texas Girls Coaches Association Track and Field Academic All-State and was a member os National Honor Society. She plans to study Sports Management at SMU. She is the daughter of Brian and Erin Muzzy and has an older brother, Michael, and younger sister, Elsie.
