Cooper Lindsey joined the SMU football staff in the summer of 2025 and serves as the Graduate Assistant for Football Video Services.

Lindsey arrived at the Hilltop after three seasons at Appalachian State, where he served as a Coaches' Video Assistant. 

Lindsey earned a degree in Commercial Recreation Management with a minor in Sports Science from Appalachian State University in 2025 and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Sport Management from SMU.
