DALLAS (SMU) - The SMU women's soccer team got two goals within 11 minutes in the second half Sunday to rally to a 2-1 victory over North Texas at Westcott Field.

The Mustangs, who improved to 9-7-1 overall and 4-5-0 in Conference USA games, got their goals from two seniors playing the last regular-season games. Kimber Bailey scored the game-tying goal when she curled a free kick over UNT goalkeeper Amanda Hall from 25 yards out in the 66th minute.

Moments later, Bailey stole the ball in the North Texas end of the field and fed forward Brittainy Vice, who beat Hall inside the left goalpost to give the Ponies the 2-1 lead and their fourth consecutive victory.

Bailey's goal was the 40th of her career, moving her ahead of former SMU star Olivia O'Rear for sixth place in school history. Coupled with her assist, the goal gave Bailey 98 points in her career.
