MELBOURNE, Australia (SMU) - The Mustangs continued competition at the 12th FINA World Championships as Petra Klosova and former Mustang, Martina Moravcova raced in the 100 free.
Moravcova stopped the clock at 56.52 in 25th-place as Klosova touched in at 57.28 in 40th.
Moravcova will compete tomorrow in the 50 fly and Flavia Rigamonti in the 800 free. Rigamonti is coming off a silver medal finish in the 1500 free event with a time of 15:55.38 yesterday. En route to slipping under the 16-minute mark, she broke the Swiss record by nine seconds and a four-year old European record. She tallied the first medal for the Swiss at the championships this year.
