KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (SMU) – SMU women's divers wrap day one at the Tennessee Diving Invite in Knoxville, Tennessee, on Wednesday.
 
The Mustangs competed on the 1-meter board, with three Mustangs finishing in the top 10. SMU is the only team to have three or more divers place in the top 10 on 1-meter in the meet.
 
Macey Oppliger led the Mustangs by finishing sixth on 1-meter with a score of 251.45.
 
Ava Andersen placed eighth by scoring 238.90 and Sadie Klepfer placed ninth with 228.80 points.

The Mustangs will resume the Tennessee Diving Invite with the 3-meter board scheduled on day two, tomorrow.
