EAST MEADOW, N.Y. (SMU) - After faring well in the 100 free yesterday, Jennifer Blackman made impressive strokes again today placing first in the B-final of the 200 free at the USA Swimming Spring Championships.
She crushed her 12th-place prelim time of 2:04.77 to take first-place in the B-final with a time of 2:03.78.
Friday begins with Justine Clark and Angela San Juan Cisneros in the 100 fly. Clark posted a time of 1:02.39 for the 12th seed while San Juan Cisneros is 26th with a time of 54.00.
The 400 free Mustang relay team of Blackman, Clark, San Juan Cisneros and Michelle Vlasakova have posted the fastest time in the relay while will be swam at the conclusion of Friday. On the final day, all four Mustangs will swim in the 50 free.
