Boulder City, Nev. (SMU) - SMU senior Kate Ackerson fired a final-round 69 to move up 12 spots and finish tied for 13th at the UNLV Spring Invitational at Boulder Creek Golf Club on Wednesday, March 11. Ackerson's three-round total of 222 was just eight shots out of first place.

As a team, SMU finished 17th at 936.
