ORLANDO, Fla. (SMU) - The SMU women's soccer team was defeated by Central Florida 3-0 Sunday afternoon. With the loss, SMU moves to 11-6-2 on the season and is now 6-4-0 in Conference USA action.

UCF started the scoring with a goal just 1:11 in to the game. Kim Newsome scored for the Knights when she headed in a cross.

Kristina Trujic put UCF up by two when she headed in a shot from 13 yards out in the 30th minute of play.

Nicolette Radovcic capped off the Knights' win with her tally in the 52nd minute.
