STILLWATER, Okla. (SMU) - SMU senior Kelly Kraft has been named All-Central Region by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA), the organization announced today. It is the third time the Denton, Texas, native has been so honored, as he also earned All-Region accolades following his freshman and junior seasons. This season, Kraft, who is currently ranked No. 90 in the nation by GolfStat, also earned All-C-USA first-team honors as well as four C-USA Golfer of the Week awards.

A total of 152 players across six regions - Northeast, East, Southeast, Midwest, Central and West - earned all-region honors for 2011.

The Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) was established in 1958 and is located in Norman, OK. The GCAA is a non-profit organization and is the professional association of men's collegiate golf coaches.
