DALLAS (SMU) - SMU Men's Golf stays home in Dallas to compete at the Trinity Forest Golf Club, hosted by the Mustangs themselves.

The team will compete in Stroke Play with 54 holes and tee times starting at 9:00am through 11:20am. There will be one round each day, starting Oct. 4 and ending Oct. 6.

Being on the Mustangs home course, they will compete with an A and B team. Team A consists of Alex Huang, Ben Steinmann, Gabe Post, Matthew Foster and Areen Aggarwal. Team B has the rest of the team including Morgan Slaton, Mason Lewis, Nicholas Logis, Louie Liu and Zhengqian Li.

Transfer Louie Liu suits up for the first time since coming to the Hilltop. The Junior shot one under par to finish his best place of the 2025-26 season at 13th place at the John A. Burns Intercollegiate.

SMU claimed the first two team champions with scores of 835(-17) and 826(-26). The Mustangs had three consecutive champions from Fall 2021, 2022 and 2024. The individual champions include Noah Goodwin 201(-15), Nathan Petronzio 203(-13) and Zachary Kingsland 202(-14).
