DALLAS (SMU) – SMU women's tennis continued its strong play at Metroplex Mania, notching three singles victories on Sunday at the SMU Tennis Complex.

Junior Tiffany Hollebeck led the Mustangs with two victories on the day. First, she paired with freshman Avery Aude to defeat Northwestern State's Rhea Verma and Patricja Polanska 6-2. In singles play, she defeated Iowa's Danielle Bauers in straight sets, 6-3, 7-5.

Freshman Katherine Jakeway and sophomore Nicole Petchey also picked up straight-set victories over Hawkeyes, beating Cloe Ruette (6-2, 6-3) and Danielle Burich (6-0, 6-1), respectively.

SMU wraps up Metroplex Mania on Monday, Jan. 14 at 10 a.m.
