Â
Miller came into the event already holding the school's best mark in the 3000m at 9:26.62. The junior ran a blistering 9:21.44 to win the event and improve on her school record. Miller's time is the best in conference this season.
Â
Svenja Ojstersek finished not far behind Miller with a 9:28.03, a personal best and the second fastest mark in program history. Anneke Grogan ran a 10:03.96 in the event, a mark made even more impressive by the fact that Grogan ran a 17:26 in the 5000m less than 24 hours prior.
