DALLAS, Texas (SMU)- SMU men's tennis concluded the fall season today at the Ralston/ Neufeld Coaches Challenge.
 
Day one of the tournament, the Mustangs picked up two singles victories as Julian Steinhausen defeated Jayden Richardson of Wichita State, 6-2, 6-2. Adam Neff had a hard fought three set victory over Marko Miladinovic of Baylor, 6-4, 6-7 (2), 6-2.
 
Day two, the Mustangs won six out of their eight matches. Beginning the day, Steinhausen and Neff had a 6-0 victory over Luke Bracks and Jaydn Richardson of Wichita State. Steinhausen then went on to defeat Bracks in a third set thriller, 6-4, 3-6, 6-4. Jack Winkler picked up a victory over Richardson 6-0, 6-3. Louis Cloud had his first victory of the tournament over Richard King of Wichita State, 6-7 (3), 6-2, 6-1.
 
"It's always a pleasure to play at home. To conclude the fall season at Styslinger/Altec Tennis Complex is special," said head coach Grant Chen. "We made tremendous strides this fall season but have much more before we are ready for spring."
