SMU's Elite Eight Match Rescheduled To Sunday

DALLAS (SMU) – No. 12 Seed SMU Men's Soccer's Elite Eight match against 13th-seeded Marshall at Washburne Stadium has been rescheduled to 2 p.m., Sunday. The match was postponed due to inclement weather on Saturday.
The Mustangs advanced to the NCAA Championship quarterfinals after winning 3-1 at No. 5 Dayton on Nov. 30.
SMU's Elite Eight Appearances
This match against the Thundering Herd will be the Mustangs' 14th NCAA quarterfinal appearance. It will be SMU's second Elite Eight appearance under Head Coach Kevin Hudson.
Their previous NCAA Elite Eight appearance was in 2019 when they played at No. 1 Seed Virginia.
