DALLAS, Texas (SMU) -- The Mustangs are back in action on Friday at the Arturo Barrios Invite. This is the second time SMU will compete on Texas A&M's course this season with the first concluding in a second-place finish for the distance ponies.  

The team is currently ranked sixth in the South Central Region, and this meet, which includes 37 other teams, will provide a competitive field to climb the ranks. This is the final meet before the championship season begins. 

The women's 6k race will begin at 9:15 a.m.
