DALLAS (SMU) —
SMU's Styslinger / Altec Tennis Complex will be home to the RBC Summer Series Benefiting Isner Foundation Tennis Championship, July 7-13.

The tournament is part of the USTA Summer Pro Circuit and the US Open Wild Card Challenge, where one male player will earn entry to the US Open in August. It will consist of a singles main draw with 32 players, a singles qualifying draw with 32 players and a doubles main draw with 16 pairs competing.

SMU's Trevor Svajda, Noah McDonald, Vikas Deo, Alex Stafford, Team Captain Jerry Barton and signee Krish Arora are expected to compete in the tournament.

"We are looking forward and proud to host the USTA Pro Circuit futures event here at Styslinger / Altec Tennis Complex for the sixth straight year," said Tournament Director Luis Garcia.

"RBC Summer Series Benefiting Isner Foundation has been a staple in the hard-court summer swing and truly supports our community and grassroots. Our tournament is part of the US Open Wild Card Challenge, allowing one male player to earn entry into the US Open this August."

In last year's tournament at Styslinger / Altec Tennis Complex, SMU alum Adam Neff took home his first professional singles title by defeating former Arizona All-American Colton Smith (7-6(5), 4-6, 6-2) in the series final.

"This year's event will feature players ranked 250 to 1500 in the world, filled with current and former collegiate standouts," said Garcia

"Admission is free, and we welcome the community to see the future tennis stars of tomorrow."

The draws for the tournament will be announced on July 6.
