DALLAS, Texas (SMU) — SMU Cross Country kicks off their 2025 season in Corpus Christi on Friday.
The team heads into this weekend set to compete and open the season — their second season in the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) — at Cross Country at the Seashore. This unique meet is run on the beach of Texas, providing a great atmosphere for the season opener. The Mustangs are ranked sixth in the preseason regional standings.
The race will begin at 7 a.m. on August 29th.Â
