DALLAS (SMU) — SMU Men's Soccer drew 1-1 against No. 2 Clemson in its Atlantic Coast Conference opener at Washburne Stadium on Saturday.

The Mustangs took the first lead through
Mukisa Emmanuel's goal in the 20
th minute, but the Tigers tied the match in the 26
th minute.

SMU outshot Clemson 12 to 11 and took its first ACC play point at the full-time whistle.

How It Happened
A physical match erupted as soon as the ball was kicked off. The match saw five fouls between the two teams in the first 10 minutes.
