CHARLOTTE, N.C. (SMU/ACC) - Redshirt-freshman setter Hannah Beauford was named the ACC Co-Setter of the Week, the conference announced Monday. Â Â Â
The honor is the second weekly recognition of her career. Beauford was first named ACC Setter of the Week back on Sept. 28.
Beauford averaged 11.83 assists per set while leading the Mustangs to a .298 hitting percentage, helping secure sweeps of Clemson and Georgia Tech over the weekend. Â Â Â
The Prosper, Texas native, made an impact in every facet of the game, adding 1.67 digs, 1.17 blocks and 1.17 kills per set in the two matches. Â Â Â
In Friday's match at Clemson, Beauford dished out 27 assists and ran a Mustangs offense that hit .345. She followed that with a 44-assist performance, the most assists the setter has had in a three-set match this season, plus nine digs and five blocks Sunday against Georgia Tech.   Â
The Mustangs have now collected six ACC weekly honors this season and 24 since joining the league in 2024. Â Â Â Â
Beauford and the No. 5 Mustangs next travel to face NC State on Friday, Oct. 30, at 6 p.m. CT. ACCNX will stream Friday's matchup with the Wolfpack from Raleigh. Â
