ATLANTA (SMU) – SMU's freshman women's diver
Macey Oppliger placed 10
th on 3-meter by scoring 281.35 on the opening day of the Atlantic Coast Conference Swimming and Diving Championships on Sunday.
Oppliger became the highest-finishing women's Mustang diver in the ACC championships since SMU joined the conference last season.
Three more Mustangs competed in the event, with
Ava Andersen placing 31
st with 222.50 points, followed by
Reagan Evans in 32nd (222.25) and
Sadie Klepfer finishing 34
th with a score of 217.65.
The Mustang divers will compete on 1-meter on day two of the ACC Championships, with prelims scheduled at 11 am CT on Monday.
