DALLAS (SMU) - SMU Men's Golf announced their 2026-27 schedule on Thursday, including four tournaments in the fall and six in the spring.

The Mustangs are coming off another season, highlighted by Ben Steinmann and Will Sides both reaching the NCAA Bryan Regional as individuals. 

SMU will open up the season by going up the road to the PGA Frisco East Course, competing in the Jackson T. Stephen's Cup on Sept. 14-16. Following, they will head to New Mexico to compete in the William H. Tucker Invitational on Sept. 25-26. 

The Mustangs will host the 10th annual Trinity Forest Invitational, which is set for Oct. 4-6. In the past nine years, SMU has won the tournament twice and placed second three times.

The last competition in the fall is ACU Intercollegiate on Oct. 19-21.  

After the break, SMU will compete in four straight California tournaments: The Prestige (Feb. 15-17), Desimone Invitational (March 8-9), Pauma Valley Invitational (March 15-17), and The Goodwin (March 25-27). The Mustangs' regular season finale will be the Lewis Chitengwa Invitational at the Birdwood Golf Course on April 13-14.  

The ACC Men's Golf Championship is being held at Marido Golf Club in Carrollton, Texas on April 22-26. This will be the first time that the championship will be held in Texas.
