LAKE BLUFF, ILL. (SMU) - Morgan Tribbett has been named to the eighth annual Patrick Manelly Award Watch List, which honors the player the panel votes as the best FBS long snapper. 

The Colorado native has not missed a game since stepping foot at the Hilltop. Tribbett was a part of a special teams unit with 14 field goals, six from over 40 yards, as well as going 36-38 in PATs.

In addition, help punter Wade McSparron contribute 16 punts over 50 yards and 16 punts inside the 20 yard-line. 

Tribbett is one of four ACC long snappers to be nominated on the watch list. He is also one of five players in their third year of lettering that are selected.

The award benefits Bernie's Book Bank, a non-profit organization. The ten semi-finalists will be announced on November 16. Then, three finalists will be revealed on November 30. 

The live ceremony will be on December 12 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Bernie's Book Bank in Lake Bluff, Illinois.
