Prep: Competed for Zach Mertens and Laura Wacker at Rock Bride Senior High School… Helped team to a Missouri State Championship in 2015… Finished third at State in the 100 breast in 2015 and 2016…  Also helped basketball team to a district championship and was a district qualifier in track.

Prior to SMU: Competed two seasons at the University of Missouri… Left Mizzou ranking seventh all-time in the 200 breast (1:56.05)… Placed 14th in the 200 breast and 23rd in the 100 breast at the 2019 SEC Championships… Finished 24th in the 200 breast at the 2018 SEC Championships… Member of the SEC Honor Roll.

Personal: Son of current SMU Head Coach Greg Rhodenbaugh… Both parents are SMU graduates… Father was a swimmer, while mother dove for the Mustangs.
