Mission Statement:
The Department of Student-Athlete Success provides the student development support to our student-athletes throughout their time at SMU. The department houses our Life After Ball program, oversees the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), Affinity Groups, and leadership opportunities, Community Service, as well as NIL and Financial Management Education. Additionally, the major student-athlete events and programs such as New Student-Athlete Orientation, Graduation Celebrations, annual Mustang Awards, and Welcome Back event are housed here.

- Speakers on various topics which could include NIL Education or Professional Development
