Half Day Camp (ages 5-13)
The Half-Day Camp is for boys 5 to 13 years of age. It will be held Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 12:00 noon. The Half-Day Camp offers instruction to players of all levels. Players will be placed into groups according to their age and skill level. They will receive both individual and group instruction. The Half-Day Camp is based upon the morning session of our extremely popular Overnight Camp. Special attention will be placed on technique and skill development. The staff for the Half-Day Camp will be experienced in both teaching and demonstrating the skills necessary for a player to improve to his full potential. This camp is perfect for the young player who wants to improve in a fun environment.
Space is limited so please register early.
Early Drop Off
Half Day Camp (ages 5-13) runs from 9 a.m. - noon. We strive to accommodate more schedules by offering an Early Drop Off option at an additional fee.
Early Drop Off - $60
Tuesday through Friday at 7:45 am. Early Drop Off will provide parents the flexibility to drop off campers over an hour early at 7:45 am. The Coach Hudson Boys Soccer Camp staff will supervise these campers until the regular campers arrive at 9 am. No Early Drop Off offered on Monday because of camp check-in.
Full payment for the week must be made in advance for campers participating in Early Drop Off. We will not offer this service on a per day basis or allow signups at camp check-in.
Check In
Check-In for the Half-Day Camp is on Monday, June 9, (the first day of camp) from 8:15-9:00 a.m. at SMU Ford Football Stadium Gate #4. (located on the north side of the stadium)
Additional Information
What To Bring
We suggest that you bring the following items:
- Soccer ball (if you did not purchase an SMU Camp Ball for $25)
- 1 pair of soccer shoes or flat soled turf shoes (ex. running, tennis, indoor soccer shoes)
- Soccer training gear (t-shirt, shorts and socks)
- Shin guards
- Small bag or shoe bag
- Water container
- Sunscreen
- Snack (5 & 6 year olds only) - Many of our youngest campers like to break for a small snack during the morning session
Medical Care
Each camp will have a full-time trainer on duty to take care of all minor injuries. For more serious problems, the local hospital is just minutes away. A "Release of Liability for SMU Camps and Conferences" is required for each camper. The release will be attached to your registration confirmation email but can also be downloaded by clicking the link below. Prior to camp please scan and email the Release of Liability to SMUboyssoccercamp@smu.edu

You will be sent a confirmation via email once your registration has been processed.

Refund Policy
A non-refundable registration fee of $75 will apply with all refunds.
No refunds will be made less than three weeks (21 days) prior to, during, or after a camp.
