2024-25 (So.) - Raced with the 2v8 at the first two meets and raced with the 3v8 at the final two including the ACC Championship ... finished in fourth on Friday at the ACC Championship with the 3v8 in front of Clemson and Louisville … in the petite final of the ACC Championship finished in second (6:43.282) ahead of Clemson, Miami, Boston College and Louisville.

2023-24 (Fr.) - Competed with 2v8 at the San Diego Crew Classic and the Big 10 Invitational ... won the 2v8 race at the AAC Championship with a time of 6:47.146, 4 seconds ahead of second place, the Mustangs would go on to win the team championship ... raced with 2v8 at the NCAA Championship as they advanced to the D final where they finished in second ahead of Rhode Island and Jacksonville

PERSONAL: Ava Ha hails from San Carlos, California where she attended Sequoia High School ... she rowed at Redwood Scullers and was coached by Monica Hilcu ... she won Most Improved Oarswoman in 2021 and the Dylan Cappel Award in 2023 ... won at the Southwest Regionals and finished second at the Youth Nationals in W4x ...  in high school she won the Biliteracy Award and Academic Excellence Award... she plans on majoring in Economics with a minor in Political Science while at SMU ... chose SMU because of the balance of academics and athletic support ... she has one sister Sadie and her parents are Karen and Frank Ha
