2024-25 (Fr.) - Coxed the 2v4s at the Ohio State Regatta then coxed the 3v8s the remainder of the season ... raced ahead of Wisconsin in the 3v8 at the Big Ten Invitational completing the race in 7:21.453 … in session three at the Big Ten Invitational, the 3v8 finished in front of Indiana and Miami … finished in fourth on Friday at the ACC Championship with the 3v8 finishing in front of Clemson and Louisville … in the petite final of the ACC Championship finished in second (6:43.282) ahead of Clemson, Miami, Boston College and Louisville.


PERSONAL: Swords comes to SMU from Fairfield, Conneticut. She coxed competitively at Saugatuck Rowing Club. She chose SMU because she loved the team’s goals and culture. Swords competed at the Head of the Charles, where her 8+ placed 11th in their event. She plans on majoring in Applied Physiology and Sports Management or Pre Physical Therapy.
