With a genuine passion for the sport, Reece Miller enters his second season at SMU as the women's basketball video coordinator. It will be his fourth year in the video field working primarily with women's basketball. Prior to SMU, Miller spent four years with the women's basketball program at Florida State University as both a graduate video assistant for two years and student manager for two years.

During his tenure with the Seminoles women's basketball program, Florida State made the NCAA Tournament all four years, advancing to the Elite Eight once out of a pair of Sweet 16 appearances.

During his first season at SMU, Miller filmed and broke down all practices, team games and opponent games to be used by coaches for scouting purposes with the use of XoS video editing software. He also coordinated all film exchange, team playbooks and scout team members. Along with his first year responsibilities, Miller will be managing student managers this season.

Miller earned both of his degrees from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Fla., graduating in April of 2008 with a bachelor's degree in Mass Media Studies. He earned his master's degree in Sport Administration in May of 2010. He is a native of Lakeland, Florida.
