Former All-American Setter Cullen joins the SMU Volleyball staff for the 2025 season as a graduate assistant after three seasons as a starter and team captain for the Mustangs. Cullen finished her career at SMU, fifth all-time in assists (3,542) and fourth in kills per set (10.24). Cullen was a two-time AVCA All-Region selection, an AVCA and VolleyballMag.com All-American Honorable Mention, and a three-time conference All-Academic team honoree. In her second season at SMU, she helped lead the Mustangs to the NCAA Tournament for the third time in program history, marking the first under current head coach Sam Erger. In that same season, she was named the American Athletic Conference (AAC) Setter of the Year. This past year, Cullen was a catalyst for the SMU program, which broke several program records and set numerous milestones, including hosting the NCAA Tournament rounds for the first time, defeating a program-record eight ranked teams, and breaking the program and single-game attendance records. After graduating from SMU with her second degree, the San Diego Mojo signed Cullen as a free agent in March of the 2025 Pro Volleyball Federation (PVF) season.
