Mustang Soccer, Volleyball to be Featured on CSTV This Fall

Irving, Texas (SMU) - CSTV will once again bring Conference USA fans some of the hottest soccer and volleyball action this fall, including live championship coverage of men's and women's soccer and volleyball. The network's fall schedule features 10 regular-season matches in addition to the 2007 C-USA team championships, including four appearances by SMU.
The first C-USA regular season contest will feature SMU volleyball hosting Marshall on Friday evening, Sept. 21, which will air on a tape-delay basis on Sunday, Sept. 23 at 7:00 p.m. CT. The match is SMU's second televised contest in as many years.
The SMU men's soccer team, which held the No. 1 ranking in the nation for most of the 2006 season, will be featured twice on CSTV, beginning with a home contest against UAB on Wednesday, Oct. 17. The game will be broadcast on a tape-delay basis on Friday, Oct. 19 at 9:30 p.m. CT. The Mustangs close the men's league schedule with a road battle at Kentucky on Saturday, Nov. 3. The game will be broadcast on a tape-delay basis on Monday, Nov. 5 at 7:00 p.m. CT.
The SMU women's soccer team, under the direction of first-year head coach Brent Erwin, takes center stage as the Mustangs hosts UCF for a key match-up on Sunday, Oct. 14 with the game to be aired on Tuesday, Oct. 16 at 7:00 p.m. CT.
This season marks the third year of C-USA's partnership with CSTV. CSTV is widely available through cable and satellite operators that serve more than 65 million households nationwide, including Comcast, Time Warner, Charter, Cox and both Dish Network (Channel 152) and DirecTV (Channel 610).
