LAFAYETTE, La. (SMU) - Led by Kelly Kraft's final-round 67, the SMU men's golf team moved up to finish third at the Louisiana Classic at the par-72 Oakbourne Country Club on Tuesday, March 10. After a pair of 73s in rounds one and two, Kraft rebounded with a 5-under round to tie for sixth at 213 and lead SMU from sixth to third as a team.

Marc Sambol, who carded a pair of 2-under 70s on day one, shot 74 over the final 18 and tied for eighth at 214. James Kwon (74-71-72) also notched a solid finish, taking 15th at 217. Max Buckley (71-78-73-222-T31) and Ben Tewes (72-80-73-225-T47) rounded out the SMU team.
