TEAM NOTES & HIGHLIGHTS

SMU is now 5-7-1 all-time in bowl games

The Mustangs have 15 wins (15-12) in the last 2 season, which is the highest total since a combined 16 (16-7) in 1984 and 1985

Darius Johnson named SMU Most Outstanding Player for the Armed Forced Bowl. Had 9 receptions, a career-best 152 receiving yards and a TD.

SMU played in a bowl for the second straight year after winning the 2009 Sheraton Hawaii Bowl 45-10 over Nevada. This marked the first consecutive bowl trips for the program since 1983 (Sun Bowl) and 1984 (Aloha Bowl).

Aldrick Robinson now has 1301 yards receiving yards this season, which is 2nd at SMU. He is the only Mustang to have two 1000-yard seasons (1047 in 2009). Cole Beasley now has 1060 yards, which is 4th at SMU. This marks the first time SMU has had two 1000-yard receivers in the same season.

Aldrick Robinson extends SMU season records with 14 TD receptions and 8 consecutive games with a TD catch. He has a TD in 11 of 14 games this year.

Kyle Padron extends his SMU records with 3828 yards passing, 31 TD passes and 35 TDs responsible for (31 pass, 4 run) and sets the SMU record for total offense with 4072 yards this year

Zach Line now has 1494 yards for the season, which is 2nd at SMU.

Margus Hunt

• Blocked the PAT after Army's TD at 5:26 of the 1st quarter.
• That is his 10th career blocked kick (6 FGs, 4 PATs), which is 6th in NCAA history

SMU's 92 yard drive for a TD at 2:56 of the 3rd quarter (Kyle Padron 8 yd pass to Aldrick Robinson) was the longest drive (by yards) in Armed Forces Bowl history. The previous mark was 90 yards by Boise State against TCU in 2003.
