Junior (2009): Saw time in 12 games... Returned 14 kickoffs on the year for 285 yards... Had a season-long 39-yard return against Tulane... Had three returns for 70 yards against UTEP. Sophomore (2008): Played in the first nine games before suffering a knee injury... Returned for the season finale against Southern Miss... Had 33 carries for 174 yards on the year... Just missed a 100-yard game against Tulsa, rushing for 95 yards on nine carries... Broke a 38-yard run against the Golden Hurricane... Also had five catches on the season. Freshman (2007): Became SMU[apos]s short-yardage back late in the season and scored TDs in each of the last three games... All three TD runs were of just one yard... Rushed for 64 yards and a score on just six carries against Rice... Had a long run of 23 yards against the Owls... Also notched four special teams tackles on the season; 2006: Sat out the season as a redshirt. Prep: Played a variety of positions for his high school team, including running back, quarterback, wide receiver, safety, cornerback, outside linebacker, punter, kicker, punt returner and kickoff returner... As a punter, scooped up a bad snap and turned it into a touchdown... Ran for 1,327 yards as junior and added 25 catches for 382 yards receiving... Scored 22 TDs rushing and two receiving... Also added 77 tackles and two interceptions on defense... Rated No. 36th player in Louisiana by Dandy Don[apos]s Recruiting... Also threw the javelin as part of the track team.
