Junior (2009): Made an impact in his first season on the Hilltop... Had a team-high 11 pass breakups on the year... Added 35 tackles on the season... Played in 11 games, starting 10... Missed the final two games of the regular season with a knee injury, but recovered in time for SMU[apos]s Hawaii Bowl win, starting and notching seven stops against Nevada... Also added seven tackles in SMU[apos]s win at UAB, as the Mustangs snapped a 17-game Conference USA losing streak and a 15-game road losing streak...
